Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. All cancellations made within 24 hours will get a full refund of any deposits paid. If cancellation occurs outside of 24 hours, regardless of reason, customers forfeit any deposits made during original booking. You may only reschedule once with the same deposit.
